The Terms of use may be established in several languages. In any case, the English language version of these Terms shall prevail over any other version.

In the event of any dispute arising out of the validity, interpretation and/or performance of the Terms of use, SBX LOGISTICS and the User agree to meet to try and find an amicable solution to their dispute.

In the event the parties fail to reach an amicable solution, any dispute concerning the interpretation, validity, and/or performance of the Terms of use shall be submitted to the competent courts of Switzerland for EU users and competent court of Dubai, United Arab Emirates for non EU users, including in the case of multiple defendants or introduction of a third party, for proceedings aiming to obtain urgency or protective measures, in summary proceedings or on application.

In accordance with the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data for users in EU and applicable laws of United Arab Emirates for non-EU users, SBX LOGISTICS commits to take all the necessary measures to respect your privacy and protect Personal Data you are communicating, in order to keep them confidential.
